The prime mover of The Facilitation Service is Ken Fifield, formerly business consulting director of Parity business Solutions, who have successfully delivered thousands of projects for blue chip companies and the public sector.
He has a wealth of knowledge in the IT industry over the last 20 years. In his role as Group accounts Director he represented the Parity group across all its component parts.
Previously he set up and ran Oracle’s consulting manufacturing vertical market unit in the UK, which subsequently expanded to run the European manufacturing vertical market unit.
His work has revolved around discovering business value for customers and translating technology into business gain.
With Parity’s business consulting work he ran a series of very successful executive workshops designed to discover the right business strategy for key executives. Initiatives were designed and prioritised to make a step change in business benefit.
He specialises in executive workshops and corporate data management that supplies business with the right information to effectively run their operation but without denting the balance sheet in pragmatic timescale's.
As a seasoned veteran of business consulting he now divides his time running the facilitation service and holding another directorship.
